I did watch all the stages I listed. The Tour of Turkey was on Eurosport, plus there were streams to the regional coverage of Castilla y León and Burgos online. There are links to them on youtube too - the Castilla y León one (climbing the Alto del Morredero) is in 2 parts, but in abbreviated form.
