Madiot was my 2nd thought for team boss, but I couldn't put the pieces into place for the other riders to back up my thoughts there.

Way older. This was during the 'disbelief' era when popped riders couldn't believe they get sacrificed. Nowadays they are always more cynical. Previous decade, for sure, but I don't know who.
