So you're looking for an Italian rider, who has won more than 10 stages in all of the GTs combined, the first win coming before 1995, one who has multiple stage wins in the same edtion of a GT, one who has never finished inside the top 10 in the GC of a GT, and one who was active at some point after 1/1/2006.
