Óscar Sevilla has got Colombian citizenship now, hasn't he. He is on a Colombian team but still races under a Spanish flag. He was born in Spain to Spanish parents. He has raced outside Europe this season. Del never specified that both countries were in the EU, we just assumed so on the basis that he was born in an EU country and represented one. He rides for Team Medellin, who were just called Medellin last year. He was born on 29/9/1976, so in the second half of the year and before 1995.
