So, an overall summing up for you.

You are looking for a male rider who is active (but not a sprinter) and riding on a Continental team from his home country, and who has no wintersport heritage.

His home country is an Asian country which hosts one or more UCI races, including one at the .1 level or higher, but is not China, Japan, Iran, Malaysia nor Turkey. Multiple UCI-registered teams come from his home country, but none of these are at the World Tour level. His homeland is not considered part of Oceania, and has at least one land border, as well as bordering a sea/ocean, though this is not the Atlantic.

I have it down as being only one country left it can be, by the way, as the other country I thought might still fit is seemingly not organising its race at the .1 level this year.
