Maurizio Biondo? The duo of Biondo and Il Biondo are correct.

Biondo, who doesn't have blonde hair, destroyed everyone in the ITT in the 2009 edition and only lost the race by 3 seconds to Jakob Fuglsang. He was then busted for CERA not long after, but never lost any of his results. He returned to racing with the ex-doper team Meridiana - Kamen, but retired after one season. Now he works as a personal trainer in Milano.
