costa seemed to be improving every day in pais vasco and confirmed it today.

i think he could be very dangerous for AGR and LBL particularly in a situation with valverde marking the moves behind.

Anyway, interested to see how Mollema will do. Top 10 in all 3 last years and was looking very good this year until he got sick prior to Pais Vasco. I hope that missing PV didn't hurt him too much

What do you think about TJS? Mollema will miss rythm I suppose.

Same place where the Worlds' finished. Not much of a difference.

If he just gets a gap on Sagan, then Sagan can come back to him and win on the flat. So yeh I think it could make a whole load of difference.

Certainly I can see him performing well in Liege.
I would say it suits him better than FW.

Dan Martin likes real tough races, just look at how strong he was in the break in Catalunya. He should try taking some risks in LBL, could be a surprising winner.

Exactly my point.
He came 2nd in Lombardia 2011 and 5th last year at Liege.

Worlds 2012 showed that if you are the strongest on top of the Cauberg you are likely to be on the strongest on the flat behind it as well.

Blanco took advantage of his early form and squeezed him out. He wont be a factor.

the problem is, it needs to stay cold. if there is any kind of pollination he stands no chance

Maybe the perennial f***-up Cunego could hit top form for once.

Or then again maybe not.

I used to think that about Cunego too, but I feel bad for having done so in retrospect.

Crappy weather in Europe is probably partially responsible for his good start to the season.

Should be an exciting Ardennes because there is no clear favourite for any race, tons of guys that could win though. I think Nibali will win either Amstel or Liege, any of the Colombians could win FW it seems, plus who knows how strong Sky will be? Should be some great races in the coming weeks.
