What a total waste... Henao as worker on the flat. It's a disgrace. They should fire the entire team director staff

what a stupid poll. where is the podium option? he was very strong in yesterdays climb and looked a lot better than uran even. it's increidble the idiots at sky who tell him to work on the flat though. I hope henao leaves the team as soon as he can. uran might leave after this year when his contract runs out.

I was about to say that Sky wouldn't have him working if they thought he could podium but then I remember Froome and it's the same DS here that was at the Vuelta (De Jongh)...

Seriously though, I think you're expecting far too much of him in his first grand tour in Europe. He'll finish between 8th and 15th on GC unless he completely collapses in the third week (which is possible).

I'm not expecting him to do a top 3. though I either expect a top 5 or 3 or him to totally fall away. nothing in between. he has too much class for that. but he was always to me way less a certainty for podium than quintana would've been

lol ryo i really think you should trust the sky management.if they did that with froomy, rigo and segio will fly here.they probably know already how much henao can do here in italy.those kms done for cav are honourable in my opinion and it won't do any harm

Uran hasn't looked great in the climbs thus far. Henao, on the other hand, looks strong. I think he was the sole Sky rider at the immediate front when Purito was reeled back in...

LOL Sky screwed up with Froome and Wiggins. Now they're doing it again by having Henao work at the front while he could be saving energy like the other possible GC contenders.

No, those km's on front won't hurt imo. Also Henao is looking stronger, Uran is still imo struggling from the very heavy fall at FW.

You must've mistaken him for another midget.

Was informed it was him by the Eurosport commentators. I know they arent all that reliable but even so they seemed pretty sure and he did look like Pozzovivo.

This is either a crap joke or a pathetic post. Not sure which just yet.

Imagine Wiggins was at Rabobank and they have him work for Theo Bos on the flat in the Tour, you would be outraged as well

Just.....
Wiggins has proven himself as having the ability to challenge in GTs
And Henao was riding for the best sprinter in the world whos chances of winning is 50 times that of Bos. ;)

Could you explain how making Henao work in a flat stage is a good idea or contributes anything at all? I mean, it's not even like Sky got desperate and thought if they didn't use Henao it wouldn't be a bunch sprint finish.

those legs of henao are quite sick and they wouldn't misstand on a sprinter, which he sort of is a bit

On a Tuttobiciweb they asked Dario Cioni what they were expecting by the colombian duo, and while I thought he would point at Uran as their main guy, he answered that they are hoping to get the white jersey with Henao.
