How best to fit together men's and women's classics?

Same day, same time, but start from opposite sides of the course. When they pass each other, just stay on the right side of the road. Simple.

Seriously though, same day, men finish first. Nobody* would watch the women's race when the men are still riding.

*before Netserk drives-by with a "False!" comment, by "nobody" i mean a significantly smaller percentage and not literally "nobody".
