Very impressive numbers, both. I don't think my FTP has changed much over the last few years (hovering the 270s or 280s) nor do I much care about it. I did slightly better in my cyclocross racing this season.

Per Strava, I rode just over 7000km, but that includes over 1000km of indoor riding, which really isn't the same thing. Nordic skiing and running are also good cycling replacements in my Canadian winters.

Kept it consistent this year—rode regularly with a mix of easy endurance days and solid moderate efforts. Focus was more on building stamina and enjoying the rides than chasing big power numbers.

In 2025, I rode approx. 39.000 km, 1050 hours and averaged 245w. A bit less than last year. FWIW, most of it was indoor riding and zone 2 + zone 3 stuff. I have probably lost the ability to really go really deep, so I don't implement much intensity above threshold in my indoor training nowadays - it is only really something I do when riding outside and I want to chase a KOM or PB.

You're riding 3 hours a day indoors, all year? Congrats to you, my mental stamina for trainer riding is nowhere close to that level.

Not all on the trainer (maybe 30.000 km) and I will also take occasional rest days. But 5-6 hour days on the trainer is not uncommon. I find that social rides with friends or family on Zwift make it easier. Of course a bit of mental toughness is required to make it a routine to get up 5am in the morning and blast out 2 hours before work.

But really, there are many people on Zwift with way crazier stats than me :)
