Kinda sounds to me like he's cheering for the WADA participation and not whining. I mean, WADA is there BECAUSE of his concerns, right? Short of actually performing the testing, Bordry got everything he wanted.

If anything, it's a bit of "Hey everyone! WADA is there because of me, remember?"
