I can imagine Frank and Hushovd results In Austria are making a few people in BMC feel uncomfortable.

Frank obviously peaked for the Tour de Suisse and is still in decent shape, he wouldn't be a factor in the Tour when it comes to the decisive stages in the end

All is not lost in France today, could still be action.

In any case DSs can feed the TdF crowds almost anything.

Katusha are doing a disservice to the Tour by not bringing mighty Mikhail.

Does anyone actually know the details of the finish "climb"? The profile seems a bit Turkeyish.

´Come on the Tour is a 3 week race. After the Pyrennes the breaks will have a very hard time to go away and it'll be awesome :)

Looks like Zoidl the biggest favourite for GC. But hope Seeldrayers will squeeze the best of him in TT.

I would be amusing, and quite a bit of karma (as well as being good for the future of the race) if Zoidl actually managed to be the first Austrian winner in five years, and sch.ORF wasn't there to show it live.

7 seconds gain for Zoidl on Seeldraeyers

Expanding a bit, stage 5 result:

1 FRANK Mathias (BMC Racing Team) 5:21:41
2 MAJKA Rafal (Team Saxo-Tinkoff) 0:05
3 EDET Nicolas (Cofidis Solutions Crédits) 0:06
4 ZOIDL Riccardo (Team Gourmetfein - Simplon) 0:09
5 FACCHINI Patrick (Androni - Venezuela) ,,
6 CHERNETSKIY Sergey (Katusha Team) 0:12
7 IGNATENKO Petr (Katusha Team) ,,
8 DYACHENKO Alexandr (Astana Pro Team) 0:16
9 SEELDRAEYERS Kevin (Astana Pro Team) ,,
10 AGOSTINI Stefano (Cannondale Pro Cycling Team) 0:18

GC:

1 SEELDRAEYERS Kevin (Astana Pro Team) 20:21:39
2 ZOIDL Riccardo (Team Gourmetfein - Simplon) 0:52
3 DYACHENKO Alexandr (Astana Pro Team) 1:04
4 DEVENYNS Dries (Omega Pharma - Quick-Step) 1:45
5 EDET Nicolas (Cofidis Solutions Crédits) 1:47
6 BUSCHE Matthew (RadioShack - Leopard) 2:04
7 IGNATENKO Petr (Katusha Team) 2:13
8 CHERNETSKIY Sergey (Katusha Team) 2:20
9 ARU Fabio (Astana Pro Team) 2:37
10 KVASINA Matija (Team Gourmetfein - Simplon) 3:02

Zoidl has great team mates in Kvasina and Eibegger (who worked very hard onstage 4) it seems.

Stage 6 coming up:

Difficult, but it can be raced or maybe everybody will wait for the TT.

Zoidl seems like this year's JTL...
Anyway I hope there's still a chance for Majka to take a stage win.

isnt dyachenko a pretty good tter?

previous results indicates Zoidl and Dyachenko being on a similar level. Seeld isn't a great TT'er.

Since we have no live TV production, I hope the locals will be out in force to cheer for Zoidl during the TT, it could be really exciting. Close call.
