He has too many ghosts in his closet to even consider politics.

The OM article shows a timeline of change starting when wonderboy retired in 2005 coinciding with Livestrong's major policy change.

He was considering politics at the time and allegedly up to date of the release of the Floyd emails in 2010.

Now his goods are totally damaged as those skeletons in his closet are being identified.

I think more to the point post 2005 he was structuring Livestrong/LAF to be his bread winner as he would no longer derive income from cycling. The Comeback in 2009 was built around generation of revenues despite him saying "it was on the house" and Livestrong.com/.org was integral to this.

'Skeletons' was the word i could remember for that turn of phrase. Cheers Bro!

I suppose he is that kind of damaged that he will think that he can get away with it or that people will believe him.

Look at the damage a few women did to Tiger Woods when that all came out of the closet.

I think he's quieting down now. Politics were probably way back when he was in the middle of his "grandeur-haze". This legal mess is probably waking him up. I think he's going to Aspen to sorta vanish and drop-out (but still live large).

Someone said the G4 is for sale. Is this true? Looking for G6 or a Subaru hatchback?

I agree that he is really screwed. The gravy train is ending soon, and his expenses are huge.

Botany, let's say we come to an agreement:

PC or not PC?

Some years ago, I was in New York City (in The Village) and found myself in a well known lesbian bar called Crazy Nanny's (it's a long story).

The was a large wooden sign over the stairs that read, "Dykes Rule."

So I think you're good. :p

Livestrong, spreading awareness of cancer in new and interesting ways.

...if never classy ways.

The only question is, when they start using song to spread their message, will the Branch Armstrongians be rockers or rappers? This is where Floyd could've been handy, being a dead ringer for Kid Rock AKA the rock n roll Jesus.

They still use their tactic of flooding comments sections with inane, rambling, babble that does not address any of the topics of the article but just parrots bullet points.

Eventually they must realize this does more harm then good.

I wouldn't hold my breath, look how long Polly has been posting inane babble on here.

How many non-profits force all their employees to sign non-disclosure agreements?

Did a retro fit for two places one that Uses Robert DeNiro is some of the TV ads. Had teams of electricians and fire proofers and mechanical guys, doing balancing and damper work. All people including the fire proofing technicians that shoot fire proof caulking into holes and smear cement into holes in the wall had to sign a non-disclosure agreement for anything they saw or may have overheard while working there.

There is a big non profit in Soho that works on adult and child literacy issues they make you sign away that you will not discuss or disclose any of the donors to their organization. Even if there is a picture of the guy on the wall in the office and his tall African supermodel wife. There is nothing underhanded about maintaining what little corp privacy you can.

My new favorite line is:

I had an uncle who used Livestrong when he was sick and they were amazing.

It’s the new “I’m not an Armstrong fan but the services they provide are amazing!

Too bad they did not get the girls at the Yellow rose to sign an NDA, that would have been a smart move

Did some juicy stories leak from there then, other than Floyd's little mormon boy in the big bad city recounts of events? I must have missed that.

You'd have to imagine that his first wife will come clean at some stage when her children have full understanding of it all and she doesn't want to live with it on her conscious for the rest of her life, á la Stephen Swart.

Armstrong is damaging so much in his life on a daily basis that it is very easy to see him arriving at a situation something similar to Mickey Rourke.

What part is worse.
The tumor part or the staring at a Lance poster part?
Either way its cold. Brrrrrrr.

No wonder comeback 2.0 was a disaster.

Armstrong lacked confidence to mix it with the 2009 climbers. His Trek bike straddled by de Generes has a triple front chainset!
