I don't know which is more ridiculous: his insane long range solo attacks to win races or the fact he was so below-average at BMC compared to Quickstep.trucido said:So he was just lazy at BMC because he had a fat contract, and only after coming back to Q-S he decides to put some effort into it which results in this? Sounds legit.
Lol, I never wanted to be a pro cyclist (the thought crossed my mind briefly at, like, 14). I never raced. You know nothing.Zypherov said:hrotha said:Yeah, saying all that about avoiding detection as if it were unthinkable when in reality it's completely unremarkable is weird.

I like pro cycling despite what it is actually like. You can't like pro cycling without pretending it's something else. Seems to me I'm more of a fan than you of the sport that actually exists. One question. Why watch pro cycling if you think they are all doping. Like why bother. You're not a fan of cycling.
I quite enjoy good races thank you and think Gilbert is doping.Zypherov said:meat puppet said:Classy post. Next time try adding some emotion to it however.Zypherov said:hrotha said:Yeah, saying all that about avoiding detection as if it were unthinkable when in reality it's completely unremarkable is weird.

Talking about this year in particular: 24 wins already!El Pistolero said:therealthing said:As if he was just teasing Kwiatkowski before he shot past with no effort. Sick of Quickstep winning everything- it's no longer a case of "I hope x wins," it's a case of "I hope a Quickstep rider doesn't win."
QS doesn't win everything though.
2013: zero classic wins
2014: Paris-Roubaix win
2015: zero classic wins
2016: zero classic wins

Agreed. This sport lost its integrity a long time ago if it even had any to begin with, but it still has some entertainment value. As long as I can watch good racing every weekend I'm a happy camper.zlev11 said:if it's doping i dont care, i love the way Gilbert rides. it's especially refreshing after (an also doped) Sky have murdered almost every race they've tried in the past few years. after sitting through that sh*t time and time again i feel like i'm entitled to enjoy Gilbert no matter what he may be taking.

And then you realize that a staff of five doctors could service 200 clinical patients or a small hospital...
