If Roglic is not feeling 100% and the right break goes I can see Jumbo not chasing too hard.
QS might not feel that confident as well, since Alaphilippe has lost two sprints in a row.

Finish looks pretty hard, but H2H I would mainly see Roglic winning cause Alaphilippe hasn't impressed me on the hills much and needs to build form more so than Roglic.

Either the break will take it if JV cant be bothered or Roglic will take it. It looks like he didn't even break a sweat yet.

Feels like we finally get a breakaway win because everyone knows Roglic will win otherwise and tomorrow is the day if you're going to steal top spot somehow.

So it's time for a classic Roglstomp, isn't it?
I think it's very likely the breakaway will win. Most teams have nothing to ride for on Arrate. Today is hard to control for the stage win. There's no reason to expect big GC moves from anyone, it's not hard enough for natural pressure of the peloton to take minutes off the break.

I don't really see this as a clear Roglic win, especially not if the group still has a significant size. It's just too short and and not difficult enough to make up positions. Nor do I think Jumbo will chase more than necessary. They haven't done much all week, and tomorrow will be super hard for them.

Might be a lot of headwind until they turn and have a big tailwind on Karabieta?

It's likely but a stomp for a few seconds over Remco and co can still happen.
