If he carried 2 kilos less (and generated the same power) then it would be around 3% increase of w/kg. Incredibly, one minute progress isn't necessarily science-fiction in this case.

- was 2 kilos heavier then usual, because of the recovery from the Tour injuries
- Vingegaard was stronger, there was nothing he could've change that would make him win
- sick during the last week
- the interviewer tried really hard to make him say bad things about his teammates/Ayuso, but couldn't get anything negative out of him lol

It's funny you say this because you always mention 2024 Tour de France when you say Remco can win it. Almeida was in the top 5 in that Tour 🤔
The most ironic thing is that Almeida finished almost the same distance from Remco as Remco did from Pogacar
