I actually don't think Vinge was on a great day today. He could've felt yesterday's thermonuclear ride but obviously still much better than the rest.

Takeaway of today: if you bury yourself in an ITT, you will pay for it the next day, thats why you should go 2minutes faster in the ITT, so its over quicker and you save energy.
