Crash, lingering injury, maybe less optimal prep' and taking a severe hit to morale yesterday... Sounds he bonked for real, to basically admit defeat over the radio.

Just made a careful analysis of Jonas today's performance. Great win. The way he did the corners in the ascent, the equipment, bowel preparation, his mentality, focus and determination - easy to explain how he buried the field once again.
definitely. he even looked tired in the end

I hope for another spate of articles on social media about how Jonas Vingegaard was measured in an independent lab as having a genetic mutation which causes his body to naturally produce CERA or something

I actually don't think Vinge was on a great day today. He could've felt yesterday's thermonuclear ride but obviously still much better than the rest.

Now the tour is over, wasn't it awesome to see one mutant beating other mutants? This is why we watch the tour de france. It was great while it lasted.
