Clearly, his mother in law gave him too much salad during his holiday betweet Tour and Vuelta and all the s**t slowed him down.

I'll post the riskiest of takes which no one would have dared imagine (or post) one month ago: Vingegaard is going to get dropped on the Tourmalet stage on Friday.
He just seems unwell or something & getting worse. Even today he wasn't particularly switched on either during the stage or at the end of the climb. He gives serious "I'm going to drop hard" vibes, like he's totally running on empty.
Just my impression.
Someone must have switched his maintenance oil with the devil's blood (beer).Definitely some system failure that JV cyberneticians can't deal with. Skeletor doesn't even respond to Grischa's password!
And there it is, he must have cleaned out his colon before today's stage!!I don’t know where this statement came from but in Slovenian media he was quoted as saying: “Let’s wait till Friday” when talking about his lack of form. (wink)

jumbo visma seems to have mastered the "no bad days" technique with all of their riders, not just this oneHow does he not have a single bad day in 3 weeks? He didn't have one in the past 2 tdf and looks like he is not going to have one in this Vuelta too. We are reaching Padun levels of insanity.
69, which is almost exactly average for the top 100 ridersKuss with how many race days in his legs now?
Plus he took "days off" in the Giro and Tour. It's not like he has been the GC leader for 3 GT's.69, which is almost exactly average for the top 100 riders
What day did he take off? He never intentionally lost time and finished ahead of many who were targeting GCPlus he took "days off" in the Giro and Tour. It's not like he has been the GC leader for 3 GT's.
In the Giro, the first two weeks were days off for everybody. What day did he take off? He never intentionally lost time and finished ahead of many who were targeting GC
