He doesn't look that good honestly, I think he'll be dropped during stage 13-14
...and he could actually get better and into the GC routine. One things clear; Roglic is capable of pretty much anything right now and he'll support Kuss until that appears to be a losing strategy. Kuss himself showed the Tourmalet wasn't the biggest challenge, for him at least. Another 8 stages to go....

Vingegaard looked completely exhausted at the finish though. Probably Jumbo riding for Kuss now. Today was to give Jonas his stage win, after Kuss and Roglic had theirs. Looked doubtful that he can do much more in the coming days somehow. Kuss unless he can't follow the tempo by Mas/Ayuso etc at some point. Roglic and if he can Vinge will stay with them, but for the rest looks like a procession to red for Kuss almost.

Yeah I was completely wrong , good for him though, interesting to see if he’ll go for the lead knowing the 3 JV riders are the best uphill and Kuss is leading

"Vingegaard is a boring rider".
"Vingegaard is just good in july".
If consistent is boring, he wears it well.
In service of Kuss and the team, selfless job and maintaining a podium spot. Breakaway win, awesome. And as important as anything if Kuss cracks he is right there to take up the slack.. and double impressed the he and Jumbo decided that 2 GT races was doable at the highest level.. Impressive.

Don't worry, there's probably a half-uncle or distant cousin celebrating their birthday on the day of Angliru.
in regards to what, that he was glad that he managed to win on one of the biggest Tourmmalet stages in this Vuelta on his 3-year-old child's birthday.
they are pretty emotional when going deep, just as we saw today with Remco who was whining & crying his lungs out, and kudos for that.
nice to see they are human beings with emotions, and Vingegaard are not silent that his child and his wife are the most important factors in his life..
