@CyclistAbi don’t take things for granted, you should prepare for what's coming in July. A Vingo stomp to Roglic from far will happen.
I see you lowered your expectations, now it's a stomp from far.
P.S. Still rather far fetched.

Yes, he did and then the logs asked him for a photo.![]()
The real question is did Jonas log that wood, before taking of to altitude. If yes, then that is some severe attitude right there.

Anything that needs to be cut or filleted, he’ll do it. Even the competition.![]()

Kuss can't put any pressure on Pogacar when he has Almeida, Yates and Ayuso to back him. The only way for Vingegaard to win is by being able to follow Pogi since day one.Is Sepp Kuss going to the Tour?
If he is, his role could be really remarkable, splitted leadership with Jonas? Kuss could give some room for Vingo in first stages to grow into the full strength , putting some pressure for example against Pogi who may be cautious in first half, because he doesn't know how his body takes two gt's back to back. Or Jonas (and VWA?) supporting Sepp in second half if he can't stay in GC early losing final game?
I think this is interesting strategic setting and how for example Roglic and Evenepoel smell this and try to benefit for themselves.
100% Kuss is going to the Tour barring a crash. Is Sepp Kuss going to the Tour?

You are massively overrating Kuss.Is Sepp Kuss going to the Tour?

I think he's overrating the assets of JV. We're now 30 days from the Tour start and WvA is actually race/training and still feeling pain after exertion. Jonas is passive acclimating at altitude. This is not a great scenario for Kuss, Matteo or others. You are massively overrating Kuss.
How accurate is the English translation?News about Jonas Vingegaard from the danish TV2:
The plan is laid - this is how Vingegaard will be Tour-ready
The English transcript basically said the same thing over again. He's training...we'll see.News about Jonas Vingegaard from the danish TV2:

Having a physiologist (therapist) make sure his flexibility and stability is correct is ongoing. He could go to harder work with a weaker shoulder but the efforts can screw up the balance necessary to survive multiple days....of training. That they're not mentioning any VO2 information suggest he's actually not pressing efforts. How accurate is the English translation?
No mention of his lungs or ribs injury.
“We are still a month from the Tour, and we are doing everything to improve his fitness and body weight, and we are also working with the physiotherapist and our strength coach in terms of making the shoulder where he had surgery stronger. And it also takes energy. He is still recovering, explains Tim Heemskerk.
The Dutch coach says that the fact that he was in a hospital bed 12 days after the crash in the Basque Country took a toll on Vingegaard's form, and that with such injuries as Vingegaard sustained, work with the physiotherapist is required before work can be carried out the bicycle.”
Wonder what the odds are if Vingegaard starts, his form being too hot and he collapses at the end without the strong base to help support it.
The press accounts are encouraging but they are designed to perpetuate more press. We aren't told anything more than when he was pictured standing with his bike two weeks ago.
PT is there to build up his strength first and foremost in the shoulder then ROM and stability. But we’ve heard the last couple times the shoulder has been bothering him. I agree altitude will make things worse but it’d be nice to hear how he was doing with his training before that. Though I can understand they don’t want anyone to have that information.Having a physiologist (therapist) make sure his flexibility and stability is correct is ongoing. Being at altitude will give them some initial response to lung efficiency that would provide training limits.

1) Because he just wants to ride his bike. Leave him alone, let him recover, get better, and get ready for the TDF. He just wants to focus on that.curious facts:
1) the whole world talks (fans, journalists, team directors) except the person directly involved, not a single word
2) none of the above made even the slightest reference to the state of his wounds (ribs, lungs)
Something is cooking...
People are doing their job, cooking soup to get Jonas ready to star in a fairy tale.1) Because he just wants to ride his bike. Leave him alone, let him recover, get better, and get ready for the TDF. He just wants to focus on that.
2) Because they don't know the outcome yet. If he isn't going to be completely ready, they can have an excuse which wouldn't be the case if they are already saying it's going well.
Nothing is cooking, people are just doing their work.
