In 2021 he was strong enough to stay with Pog in Itzulia, in 2022 he became famous not knowing the jerseys in TA and crashing uphill into people in Itzulia and in 2023 and 2024... we know.
He really isn't discreet towards his shape through the year except for 2025.

I live on the island of Mors in Denmark. Jonas sometimes trains on the roads on Mors when he is home in Denmark. Today we were on our way to the town of Nykoebing Mors by car, and here we passed Jonas at 13:50 Danish time, who was riding north. So at least he is on the bike now. Now we just have to hope that he has recovered 100% from the concussion he got in Paris Nice. I am looking forward to the summer

I think he was already training normally during Catalunya. If it was up to me, he'd skip Dauphiné too. Tour and Vuelta is plenty of racing.

I think this silence from the team is porpuseful, when the plan certainly was already defined.
I think if the plan was not doing any race until the Tour, they would already announce that....but i can be wrong, and that's really the plan.
