Tour recon in the beginning of the week, Mallorca at the end of it. Sierra Nevada camp usually start next Monday, in 9 days.

Monday: Pau > Hautacam
Tuesday: Peyragudes (maybe also Superbagnères?)
Wednesday: Massif-Central (towards Mont-Dore)

Friday: Arrived on Mallorca with the family. I assume he'll train there alone until the altitude camp begins.

I didn't have any impression, I was just asking.
Cause obviously a crash disrupts his preparation and I was just wondering up to what point his shape in July can be/will be explained with his crash in PN.
Very different from last year.

Despite the concussion, this year he will not do the Tour with a deformed body like last year, where it was visible the amount of muscle mass he lost in his legs.

Besides that, the concussion was in March, he had time to recover and to do 2 altitude training camps plus racing Dauphiné.

In the end no excuses are needed, Rogla beating Jonas at the Tour 2025, rather normal outcome if you ask me. The same goes for Pogi. If somebody else beats them, then of course a list of explanation and excuses will be long, to cover up blunder.

Suddenly I wonder if Scandinavian riders spends more time with their kids on average. If it's not just Jonas. It's my assumption that Scandinavian men are at least slightly more involved with their kids than men on average. So maybe it goes for riders too.
Yes, been documented before (see oecd report: https://www.oecd.org/content/dam/oe...hild-development_g17a221a/5k4dlw9w6czq-en.pdf).

Especially Danish fathers in fact compared to UK and Spanish: https://www.researchgate.net/public...study_of_Denmark_Spain_and_the_United_Kingdom

While the first documented day of Vingegaard's presence was Monday, the Sierra Nevada altitude camp began Saturday (as in first strava ride, but they may have arrived Friday) for Jorgenson, Kuss, Benoot, Graat and Campenaerts (who arrived a week earlier, but only trained on a stationary bike until then, afaik). Tulett is also there, and I assume those who are not on strava also started Saturday.

If my much lauded Danish is correct then Vingegaard is riding the WCs, perhaps someone a little more seasoned can confirm?
