CAS overturned her ban based not on Chinese meat, but on a testing snafu.
CAS said:the federation ordered tests on Tong's backup "B" sample -- which also had clenbuterol traces -- without telling her or giving her the chance to attend the testing at the World Anti-Doping Agency lab in Cologne, Germany.
In doing so, the federation violated Tong's "fundamental right to be present whenever her B sample was analyzed" and that, in turn, rendered the test result invalid
Judo Federation said:"Even if there was a failure of procedure, the decision that was taken goes against the spirit of our sport and against sports in general," IJF president Marius Vizer said in a statement. "With such a decision, the fight against doping will be even harder."
