I seem to remember that blood collected during altitude training and possibly even straight after can't be used as part of the passport profile, so this is possibly why it's invalid. Merckx Index could maybe confirm that, I might be wrong.

Until this July 31, where the urine is "No Result" but the blood passport is "Invalid".

After looking at LtD's posted stats, either he should've been suspended as well or both "No Result" and "Invalid" aren't about the doping/aaf but a comment on the test itself.
