This kid has to endure way too much. Life can be so cruel.

It's allready a miracle he's where he is now, because that accident came straight from a horror movie set. I really wish him all the best and hope he can recover enough that he can atleast take care of himself. Most of all I hope he has the will and mentality to stay on the positive side after such a huge drawback in your life that will influence the rest of your life.

Riding his bike outsode again....just wow...wow...wow. I didn't expect that tbh, atleast not that 'fast'.

Well... when this thread was first opened it was believed he had died, so of course nobody expected this.

Cycling coverage sometimes gets too infatuated with courage and will (and #suffering), but sometimes you just have to stand aghast. More than a milestone this is a monument to an indefatigable spirit. Chapeau.

Keagan's apparently riding the 2.2 NZ Cycle Classic next week. First UCI race since the accident.
