If they held a moment silence for each person that died because of Kim Jong-Il's rule they'd have to remain silent forever.

Oh, I can hate the UN and I do not like what it stands for and think they are evil. But you are right in a sense that politicians do use it to transmit their propaganda.

Well, at least that disproves the rumor that Kim Jong-Il and Blatter are actually the same person

One is definitely dead and the other brain dead for several years. I'm not sure which is which at the minute and its not completely disproved either way but looking like its 2 separate people.
