I can say with confidence (at least in my case) that there were no payments. I had no TUE and was left with trying to get an appeal on my ban.

Long overdue. Floyds a nice guy and when he didn't admit to doping he did so because he thought he was protecting people and "doing the right thing". Kimmage writes well but doesn't given any free passes.
