Cops Chase Down Cyclist Who Didn't Steal Bike
Police punished a cyclist on Wednesday even after learning the bike he was riding was not stolen and he was no thief.

At about 8:45 p.m on Monday, police spotted a man riding his bike along Cole Street in the Upper Haight. San Francisco police told SF Weekly the bike looked exactly like a bike that had been reported stolen earlier that day.
