To answer my question about how to tell this car is set-up for a road course: there is negative camber on the left front. Normally, NASCAR only has left turns on a banked oval. So the set-up there is always positive camber on the left to get a bigger contact patch for that tire. That car would handle like sh!t on a banked oval.
