Why on earth would you assume this is an "anything goes" thread? It is subject to the same rules, regulations and moderation as any other thread.

I based that assumption on the OP.

This thread has no topic...well technically that isn't true, but the topic is free form, and completely open. What I would like to see is a jumble of random thoughts, pictures, or whatever else you want to post. I will not set any rules because that would go counter to my belief that any topic in any form is acceptable so long as it does not violate the policies of the forum. I would like to see anyone who quotes a post of another person not reply specifically to their post, but riff off of it. This should be kind of like improvisational comedy or jazz. Just post whatever, and it doesn't even have to make sense.

It stands to reason that NSFW posts wouldn't be permitted, but outside of that it seems reasonable to expect that moderators would give broad latitude wherever possible in a thread called "Free Form / Chaos." Besides which, in the time I've been looking in on this thread, I've seen plenty that would be deleted anywhere else on this forum; here, it isn't. In fact, I haven't seen any deletions at all (though I'm sure there must have been a few). Until recently, that is.

Of course I realize this is, as Krebs said elsewhere, your sandbox, and we play by your rules. So no problem.
