Yeah the new UCI is no better than the old one. Cookson doing favours for british cycling, why would that surprise anyone?

Ok, well this is strange. The abnormalities relate to 2011 and 2012, when he was crap, not 2013. Then he gets the letter in 2013 and after that its left alone for a year, then comes back.

Perhaps his baseline was doped and he was clean in 2011 and 2012, hence the abnormalities. His renaisance in 2013 was quite remarkable.

I don't know what I think. I just heard the story myself. I would need a lot more questions answered before I really knew what to think. The abnormalities were from 2011 and 2012 - why did Roman not know of these till June '13? When he gave his "expert medical" reason, why did it take the UCI 7 months to get back to him. Why know? Why right before the Tour? He has raced since May. And who can really answer these questions? The UCI?...I wouldn't trust a word they say.
