Anyway, I was sure I had Van Hooydonck on my team for the Spring Classics CQ game, but I guess he's just too short.

I've never even claimed to have done that, which I have actually never done, because I usually want to watch races live or not at all, but unlike you, I don't think a right way to watch races exists.

"You" didn't necessarily mean "you", as in "weird pun-making, women's prediction-game running, you".

When I write "you" on this forum, it's most often than not directed at you specifically.

Also come to think of it, if there is a right way to watch a race, it's probably on site, which you obviously can't do, unless there's a huge rock nearby.

And sadly, if you watch on site, you're likely to miss a lot of the action, unless you happen to be by the finish area, with proper screens.
So, obviously the perfect way would be to split yourself into a million clones, so you can be everywhere along the route!

Not possible.

She must love Brian Holm. Whenever he says a certain number, it's always pulled right out from his anus. It's never the right number but at least he presents is as if it is.

I think we established over in the "Lesser Known Races" thread - before I knew Camino was gonna get it's own thread - that I am good with numbers!

Imo they are way worse than both.

Yeah I agree. QS was strongest as a team, but didn't always have the 5 strongest riders of the race. Jumbo is just ridiculous, it's stupid. Plus they're everywhere. Mountains and classics. Boring af

I don't remember many moments with the Steppers of the type 'Van Hooydonck casually lifting the pace on the flat without getting off his saddle and putting an engine like Mohoric in fumes'

What would be prime Quick Step equivalent of Van Hooydonck in their classics hiararchy? GVK?
