Great to see the World Champ back at it again. Can't believe you chumps didn't back him at the start. Most of the sour grape bunch couldn't find it within themselves to even flirt with the idea that he might win. Couldn't even entertain the idea that the World Champion and fastest man in the peleton might win on a sprinters course. What a bunch of turkeys!

Hutarovich wasnt that far from cavendish(although cavendish won easy), good work from him, he might win some stages this season... Greipel was in a great position but looked like he was quite slow to react and got cut off, maybe he tired his legs out attacking...

As has been mentioned before, he doesn't start working on his sprinting until after the classics. Right now he is more concerned with building form for Flanders and Roubaix.

Kuurne only ever is fun if it rains, snows or is really cold. That is the only reason the last years were somewhat interesting. Same for the Scheldeprijs, only then the chance of snow and cold is kinda small.

In retrospective.... 1) He could have gone with Hendo (decided to stay in Cav's wheel, which was a sensible decision in my book as it was bit early to be with only one man ahead). 2) Could have started his sprint into the left before Cav when he had the chance.

Live...I don't think you can blame this one on his poor positioning skills. He got boxed in. It happens. Moving on.

Renshaw sucks lol. Veelers got second behind Boonen in that beautiful stage of Qatar. I think it was Veelers at least. He has some semi-classic potential I suppose.

Have to laugh at the way all the Brits now see SKY v Greenedge as some sort of GV v Australia competition and as SKY are performing, need to rub it in at every opportunity. This despite the fact that some of their best riders are in fact Aussies.

Greenedge have been rubbish so far and I dont think anyone is too surprised at that but dont think they have anywhere near the budget of SKY either. Unfortunately Greenedge got most of the past-it or not quite there Aussies as for their other signings, well.

Yeah. He was the guy who closed the gap to the Boonen group and then sprinted to 2nd place. Good for semi-classics indeed and could also top 10 in races like Vattenfall and Paris Tours. But lacks the real speed to win a good contested sprint and lacks the power to compete in real classics.
Still better than Renshaw though and important for Kittel.
