You know why he didnt pay him off? Because he did not have to, and will never have to pay anyone off. Honestly, the worst thing that is going to happen to Lance is he is going to have another blemish on his record. If they can get Armstrong to admit to anything or even prove anything it would be miraculous. But even if they had proof, he would most likely end up not guilty.

You know why? Because you do not gain the sort of popularity that he has without making many many friends. A related example: A little over a year ago Steven Gerrard (captain of Liverpool FC, one of the biggest football teams in England) was caught on film beating a man up completely unprovoked in a club. ON FILM! Even though there was video evidence and witnesses, he still walked out with a not guilty verdict because he was tried in Liverpool. No one in their right mind would have voted guilty if they valued their life.

And in this case, we arent talking about video evidence. If they do not bring up incontrovertible evidence that Lance used something illegal then he gets off the hook. I dont mean silly little testimonies either. It is going to take DNA samples which I am sure could easily be destroyed with a simple phone call courtesy of the Shack. And for every person that wants to testify against lance, I am sure he has about 10 willing to put in a good word for him.

Why people are even wasting their time with this is beyond me. Its great to see tax dollars at work on something so pointless.

Perhaps if Lance was being tried in europe, he might be in trouble, but not in the US. You do not become a household name in this country without making a few friends in high places along the way.

The best part of Landis coming forward is watching the haters go full ***. You cannot buy entertainment this good.

And the fact that would drive them all crazy is if, both riders were clean and at their peak of performance Floyd would wear a T-Shirt and kill Armstrong wearing a fresh Nike Aero suit in a TT. The base genes would prove the point.

He is bringing down US cycling with his unprofessional public race T-shirt sjhit. If he starts a mass start event and no rider takes action then all is lost. Cancel Cascade..you promised a pro level race. Start the Giro, Tour or any other Calender event in mockery and you would have been in an ambulance by now.
