Not really. I still think Oleg Tinkov is an idiot.

The Belgian Avenir winner is not such a great rider. That's the only demographic El Calimero knows.

1992 · Hervé Garel
1993 · Thomas Davy
1994 · Angel Luis Casero

1995 · Emmanuel Magnien
1996 · David Etxebarria
1997 · Laurent Roux
1998 · Christophe Rinero
1999 · Unai Osa
2000 · Iker Flores
2001 · Denis Mensjov
2002 · Jevgeni Petrov
2003 · Egoi Martínez
2004 · Sylvain Calzati
2005 · Lars Bak
2006 · Moisés Dueñas
2007 · Bauke Mollema
2008 · Jan Bakelants
2009 · Romain Sicard
2010 · Nairo Quintana

Bolded riders became pretty good. I also want to bold Quintana, but let's wait a bit longer. Obviously didn't include the last 2 Avenir winners because they have yet to prove themselves.

That's not the point. It still stays classic
I'm sure the anger of Saxo fans versus Argos was completely justified ;)

this isnt the way i wanted it though. But hopefully Purito will get invited to all the races he wants so it could be ok.

Why were Katusha rejected though.
Maybe the UCI have some advance information about the Mantova investigation.

Well it can't be results or point related. One of the ethical, financial or administrative criteria must have been failed (or failed more than others).

Could we see any of the Katusha riders doing a "Meersman" and leaving now?

Grasping at straws lol. His teammate won, he didn't sprint and was boxed in anyway.

Of course Degenkolb is Argos MVP, but I can't see him win big races just yet. Did you see him during the big classics? The WC wasn't that hard remember.

5th in Milan-San Remo and 6th in E3-Prijs for 23-year old is pretty decent.

I beg your pardon? Mollema doing horrible? He finished top 10 in nearly all hilly classics last year + 3rd in Pais Vasco..

Sure his GT weren't as good as Vuelta 2011, but uhm... you're completely wrong (again)
4th in the Vuelta alone suggests that winning the Tour de l'Avenir betrays some GT talent.

Except for that Belgian guy, but he won l'Avenir from an escape ;)
