Because Blackmore did really well in the elite races this year already, so I am thinking Widar's level is quite high for an 18-year old.

Blackmore always seemed more puncheur who can climb, expected a solid showing given how ISN seem to be flying at the moment and he was pretty decent last time, but didn't expect him to be with Widar here. He's a couple of years older but hadn't done a proper road race until last year.
