Read the word in bold ...
The way you have phrased it suggests Ullrich was younger than Bernal.
How? I was was saying surely Ullrich is the recent young rider to win it. AFAIK Contador and him are the only two to win white and yellow in one Tour in recent times and I know Contador was 24 or 25 when he won his first...so yeah, Ullrich surely has to be the latest youngest winner.
