Wait, what?!

This Tour just went from great to **** in a matter of a few hours. Isn't it at all possible to do something else than this?!?!

Im just lost for words. Depressed. :( God damn man, why do this Mother Nature :(

This year’s tour is the sporting equivalent to the Game of Thrones wrap up
I'm still really bitter about that TV show, that last season ruined something what could have been amazing

and now, last stage... Game Of Thorens

There is a quote 2 posts above yours where Gouvenou says that the stage will be raced so maybe you can reserve your hate until the stage is actually cancelled.

They already canceled much more than one climb that in the Giro got replaced too.

Also, it's a joke. Lighten up

I really think that some people in this forum think just about their fun. They'd let the riders ride over mud and stones, ice and snow just to see some action..
Seriously? Why so much complaining? Yeah, this could've been some of the most exciting stages in the recent history but " TdF" has nothing to do with it. Some of the roads are completely unrideable and you can't just change to route through another mountain in the same day. It's just bad luck with the weather. Like a holiday you'd been waiting for years been screwed by the weather. No point of complaining, just take the best of it.

'jokes' repeated too many times sop becoming funny

and any race would have cancelled the same climbs

So just like the Tour then.

It's very specific for the Tour that canceling one climb leads to getting 60km one climb stages

Let's only do the flat part.
Find the nearest indoor track (no risk of showers there). Individual pursuit mano a mano between G and Bernal. Winner takes the TDF. Let the rest of the riders eat cake.

Well pro racing exists for our entertainment
If we're not entertained, we're not entertained
Nothing against Ineos or the weather or the race directors, we're salty because the entertainment is gone
(But they did make the right decision)
