as usual, gesink is a top ten rider and nothing more. whenever he gets near podium he crashes, look at vuelta 2 years ago and last years tour when he broke his wirst(?)

I can't see him being dropped anywhere. The cat 2 is too far out for GC riders to attack. I can't see someone going on the 3.5km at 5%, just a thinning out of the group. This climb is only 200m longer than Mur de Huy, and less steep.

I predict that he will be up there.
