ZOMG... Is Dekker appearing there tonite? Tijs is going kiss his azz so hard....
Maybe Jonathan Vaughters will be there as well, he was among the guests at Dekker's book presentation... so look for sideburns in the background.

Hmmm... Might give it a watch. I usually don't bother with them. Although I have heard that vd Brink has a very un EO-like amount of man-love for Robert Gesink, which does warm my heart to him.

One thing is for sure though, if the interview was with Peacock and White Man :)p) Jeroen Pauw would absolutely slaughter TD... It wouldn't even be funny to watch.

Don't steal Hans Teeuwen's jokes ;)

But yeah, Van den Brink is a cycling fan. So let's hope the number of moronic questions stays relatively low.

Dekker did a test last tuesday and everything was in order, he has the level to compete at pro cycling again. Can't wait to see him in action.

Ofcourse JV was there because he will probably sign him in august.

Well, that was a delicious, comfortable, warm bath of an interview for young Thomas. Tijs and Andries prove, once again, that that they are grossly incompetent as interviewers. They petted Thomas and went all Matthew 6:14 on him (without the appropriate dose of James 5:16), whereas Jeroen and Paul would've gone all Caiaphas on Dekker and strung him up (to use a few EO-approved comparisons).

Video should be up in a little while and I can post a link for any interested Dutch speakers.

EDIT: Link (Dutch)

No Tour for Dan Martin. Not a big shock knowing Danielson made the team.

Would of been good if he rode and was able to get in a break with Nicolas Roche (seeing as though they are cousins).

TBH I'm surprised that Movistar are considering bringing McLovin (Ángel Madrazo. for those playing at home) to the Tour, obviously he's no certainty to ride, but I would of said that he would ride at the Vuelta, or the Giro before he would ride the Tour.

I'm guessing that was probably the original plan but the horrible luck they've had has forced them to consider other options.

I can already see you imagine the whole thing D_T.

The return of those elegant, gentle pedal strokes mixed up with those fierce and powerful impulses coming from his muscular upper thighs. His tongue, briefly touching his lips, tasting the sweat that’s dripping down his face. That incredibly voluminous hair, blowing in the wind like an untamable force. And of course, those strong hands, firmly holding the handlebars begging to be replaced by male genitalia.

I think I'll manage to wait a while longer.

You have strange thoughts. Sure you weren't thinking of Boonen and yourself?

Very disappointed Dan Martin didn't make the Tour selection, he would have surely lit up a few mountain stages, maybe even contested for a stage victory.
I think he'll consider his future at Garmin now.

Normally he would've been a certainty but the TTT screwed his chances because of Vaugthers obsession with TTTs.

I hope dan martin doesnt go to sky.
He'd make an excellent mountain domestique for Wiggins. With Uran in front, Wiggins behind attached to Uran with a rope, and then Henao and Martin to push him from each side, Wiggins could limit his losses enough in the mountains to finish in the top 10.

you would hope he would be given a bit more scope than that though. As opposed to just domestique duties for wiggo

The parcours provides scope for that. He can go stage hunting/lead out/sprint during the first half, and let the others look after Brad, and then focus on looking after Brad for the mountain stages later on. I'm sure that's what will happen.

I would say if he was to join sky that would be quite a mountain team. It's all theoretical Ofcourse.
