This is a good TT result for Jungels, if you look at what he's done among the espoirs so far. Must have been quite a hard TT, with quite big gaps over 9 kms, and a pure climber in 2nd.

Jungels won all the bonus sprints in the first stage, and in this last stage as well, so I don't know about that.
