Just looking at the Turkey tour and see that Hodeg finished 4th on stage 1, same time as Richeze, and 2nd on stage 2. Yet he is in 88th place on GC, 20 seconds down on everyone. Puzzled.

I think Moscon is simply past his peak now

Poor Moscon. Looks like he has to do China, too. :D For now he is on the startlist.
A faith worse than breaking the collarbone. It's such a terrible race. Even worse than Abu Dubai Tour.

5 flat sprint stages and a boring hill top finish in literal smog.

Chapeau Pinot! :) Been showing good form all week.
Superman will look where he's cycling in future. David "more stiches then the Bayeux Tapestry" Gaudu showing also some of his promise. FDJ getting some results from their promising youngsters.

What a bizarre start list for Gran Piemonte. A sprinters race with massive WT participation, including both QS and Bora with their abundance of top sprinters, and almost no sprinters are taking part. You really know that it is the end of the season when you look at that field of climbers and puncheurs preparing for Lombardia.

Is Guardini the fastest sprinter in the race?

CN at their best.
eg. Astana - 11 LUTSENKO Alexey, 12 BIZHIGITOV Zhandos, 13 FOMINYKH Daniil, 16 MOSER Moreno and 17 TLEUBAYEV Ruslan - 5 riders who are enjoying the Tour of Turkey at the moment.

If broken clocks can be right twice a day, CN can have an occasional lapse my friend :) .

for 'occasional' read 'frequent'
Movistar Team - 5 more riders who will not be there
91 VALVERDE Alejandro, 92 CARAPAZ Richard, 93 LANDA Mikel, 96 SEPULVEDA Eduardo, 97 SOLER GIMENEZ Marc
if CN want to publish start lists they should at least try to be accurate. The list says

The Tour of Turkey started on October 9, so no excuse for Astana.
Movistar published their team on October 9, so no excuse there.

Oh for God’s sake.

Does anyone have an accurate start list? Are there any actually good sprinters taking part?

The Turkey sprint was accidentally recorded before Milan Torino, so I watched it again. Postlberger took a monster turn from 1.5 km to 500 meters.

Not a mod anymore, I can be critical, although I was never asked to sing a song. Mistakes happen. Kirby has a job. At least we get honest people, not perfect, giving news. Please reach out if you think you can contribute.

Some more startlist talk.
I'm assuming the - somewhat odd - numbering for the Chrono des Nations is simply the starting order backwards.
And love how several of these riders are one-man teams.

as the name suggests, this is not really about which teams they ride for
see
http://www.chronodesnations.com/liste-des-engages
for all teams/nations and start times

for the Hommes / Junior, what will be the time gap between Remco and the runner-up ? (26.45km)
