Last year's winner Geniet's is due to start today for FDJ at GP Marseille. Could well make it two in a row.
If you've got nothing better to do, the teams signing in is usually live on their Facebook page about 1 hour before the start

(Edit - add- Présentation des équipes en Facebook Live dès 11h40 ... that's 11.40 CET for the signing in)

Worth noting that they’ve moved the finish away from the Vélodrome and up to the university campus, putting Gineste closer to the finish (7.5k instead of 10k) and making for a slightly uphill finish. Otherwise the route is unchanged compared to last year.

Pro debut for Paul Seixas in Marseillaise today.
France's next big thing. Be interesting to see how he gets on this year.
Edit -add- Inner Ring's take on young Seixas

Paul Seixas (18) turns pro straight out of the junior ranks. Too soon? Decathlon-Ag2r La Mondiale remember asking Matteo Jorgenson to do an extra year in their feeder team only for him to turn pro with Movistar instead. So this is a way of securing Seixas and a whatever-it-takes deal is no bad idea as he was the best junior in 2024, winning plenty and often by some margin when in the mountains. The crowing result was the junior worlds time trial, where he took on notional specialists and won. This all bodes well but he’s now got to live with the rucksack of French expectations, something that has burdened many before. Plus there’s lots to learn and areas to progress. The team had an excellent season last year which will be hard to repeat, out goes Ben O’Connor and in come many signings from their youth teams with a mention of Léo Bisiaux (19) as another stage racing talent and Noa Isidore (20) for the classics.

I of course don’t know how he came out of the winter, but my favourite for the victory is Ineos‘ Ben Turner…

I missed out on the final Mallorca race because I didn't know there was an early start (and finish), but I'll be here for this race. (Unless Tiz craps out on me.)

I'm not really familiar with many of the riders, so eeny, meeny, miny, moe... I guess Geniet would be a decent guess?

After watching the desert racing at the Alula Tour it's so nice to see some spectators, ancient architecture, and heli shots of hills and green trees everywhere... even though I've never been to France I feel like I'm at home.

I'm not familiar with the riders in the break (I like the sound of Kenny Molly though), about 40km to go
