3 guys have DNS (Ferron, Vaneeckhoutte and Fontaine) and Segaert has abandoned. Lotto have lost 2 guys, have they got the "Visma bug"?

It seems to be curtains for the 6 guys in the break as they're only 20 seconds in front of the peloton with over 100km to go.
Burgaudeau has also abandoned.

It's a long drag to the finish so a guy who can tempo his way up to the line might have a better chance then the lightweight climbers.

And AG2R are stacked with guys like that. Godon, Lapeira, Gautherat, Vendrame, APP ... Bit of a fail if they don't win this one.

Everytime I look up I see EF leading the peloton.
Yesterday I saw the same thing and Carapaz got 24th out of it.

Odd race selection for Richard really, you'd think the Spanish races would've been a bit more in his wheelhouse, climb is too shallow to bring out his best qualities.

Looked at the profile and thought that the last 2 climbs were steep, turns out theyre not which made me a little disappointed.

Lovely bridge/river/rocky outcrop

Giving me vertigo though in this wet descent, if you fall off there Remco-style then it's bye bye sunday football.

He is flying, so is Scaroni(?), think he gave Algarve a miss because of Rog/Vingegaard but he would've been up there given what happened
