Will there be a thread for murcia tomorrow? Looking at pcs, red Bull is starting with 2 teams, the pro and the dev tram. Is such a thing in general allowed?

I assume you mean GP Miguel Indurain?

I'm sure that's an error: probably Tuckwell guesting with the pro team triggered inclusion of the team in PCS software.

...the participation of both a UCI team (UCI WorldTeam, UCI Women’s
WorldTeam, UCI ProTeam or UCI Women’s ProTeam) and the UCI registered
development team supported by such team is prohibited.

Only 2 foreign Conti teams are allowed in .PRO events, and there are already 2 Portuguese teams.

Why is Matyas Kopecky not riding for a WT team?
He's young and he's been collecting results and UCI points in minor races for more than a year now. Teams in danger of being relegated could sure use someone like him.

I've been wondering that too.
Then again, I suppose it's possible he prefers staying with Novo Nordisk, if they have some medical expertice other teams might not have.

(Just to be sure @Armchair Cyclist, I don't suppose that counts as Clinic Stuff.)

Fredheim is such a brilliant rider in these types of finishes. So good at positioning and he takes full advantage of all the twists and turns with his line and sprinting through corners. We saw him get a meters gap and then the camera lost then and we get them again and he has 3 meters gap to just start the sprint from the lead with 300m to go.

This ability will get him lots of good results even against faster opponents even in higher level races.

And also strong from the youngster Henrik Pedersen to go with the attacks with 6km to go. And then he could still help and lead out Fredheim up until 700m.
