Groenewegen is looking rather washed this year.

He was pretty ordinary this time last year, though he did turn it around May. In saying that, his form is worse than this time last year. The whole jayco team has been ordinary in 2025.

Moschetti has beaten Groenewegen three times this year. Hard to tell if its Moschetti riding well or Groenewegen being out of form. I think its more the former.

You should know that Lopez crashed bad and is racing with this "marks" since February or so. Watch Cataluynya or just look at his Insta.

Malucelli with the stage win and mulu gets 2 bonus seconds at the intermediate sprint. Good start for astana. Last year, gate and mulu scored combined 425 points in this race, finishing first and second overall. Lets see whether they can repeat this, i doubt that gate will win sprints of bigger groups as he did last year. And lets see, whether even malucelli or vino jr. can get a result for gc, so how selective the parcour will be

Interesting interview where he talks about his medical issues, sort of similar to Bettiol's. He has come a bit out of nowhere this season, so I wonder if actually a PCT team is willing to take the punt given these issues. You'd thinm that with a better medical set up he could well be regularly in the fight for coupe de france races?
