Hahaha I just saw it, wth is this? Are we going to relegate 10 riders every sprint now? This happens in every single sprint. Ewan won't win anything in his career anymore. You literally can't win without deviating to get around riders if you're not getting a perfect leadout.

Why though? He deviates a bit when following the Ineos guy and gets in the way of Kooij's leadout, but Kooij's was already out of the slipstream.

He then swerves to take the inside of the turn but that is what organizers are asking for when they put not so subtle bends on the last hundred meters of sprint stages.
They already had a stupid finish yesterday, this race is really worthless...

So in Austria right now is the Oberösterreichrundfahrt and the past few editions have started with a prologue in Linz. CX rider Daran Soete won it and he also won it last year. His teammate Lander Loockx finished 2nd after also finishing 2nd last year! They did go slightly slower though with Soete 1s slower and Loockx 2s slower despite PCS does give a difference in course length of 0.65km compared to the whopping great big distance of 0.7km in 2021.

I'm pretty sure it was the exact same route as last year.

Meanwhile in Colombia the 21 year Mexican Edgar Cadena didn't feel the chain (pun intendet) won the big Alto del Vino MTF (40.8km at 5%).
The guy raced a bit for a Spanish team in 2019 and was supposed to do the same in 2020, but then 2020 happenend...
Last year he raced for a Mexican team with a license from San Marino, but didn't get any decent results in the Italian u23 race.
