The guy is having an insane season too. People don't see it because he rides for B&B but the kid is only one year older than De Lie. 2nd here is incredible. I'm a fan.

"Insane" might be a stretch. De Lie has won 9 races, Laurance 0. But yes, he seems very promising.

Also, how is Sagan not able to be top 90 here? Does he ever plan on training a little again?

Yeah, I was surprised also. Sagan never won GP Plouay, so the race would be nice for his palmares.

He recently joined the Electro Mountain Bike UCI World Championships, and apparently had fun, despite crashing twice.

He actually looks lean and everything, but the results sadly have deteriorated quite a bit, in a rather short period of time. Completely different to Valverde, who is ten years older, and who has been deteriorating extremely slowly.

Turgis quite disappointing, too… Had already a really difficult TdF. :(

Turgis has not been the same since he rode along into a crosswind/headwing for 60kms in the UAE Tour.

Baroncini crashed again at Plouay, fracturing his radius apparently so season over. Not that he's had much of a season. Must be four times he's crashed this year? Seems to finding it difficult to adjust to the larger Pro peletons perhaps?
Which is odd, because the U23 Worlds he won was a crash fest and he was also getting results in pro races last year. So you'd think he wouldn't be terrible at staying out of trouble.
