It may not seem like much, but Florien Bolks just finished 13th in her first ever WWT race. I'm so happy for her!

Her results this season so far are: 11th at Hageland, 107th at Samyn (she crashed), 8th at Midwest Cycling classic last Sunday, and 13th today.

hopefully Movistar post what lego her merchanic buys from the Brugs brickhouse for her :D

its kind of becoming a thing for Brit riders isnt it, Zoe B has her lego stuff, now Carys too. up the Lego :D
I think it stems from their UK team junior days when Emma Trot was the coach.

Four riders on the attack:

Wittevrongel is good at scratch, but that type of scratch will leave a mark.

Wiebes looks strong, but FDJ will use their numbers once again.

This is a good moment to get a little group in front. Or to pace the peloton like Canyon and UAE does now.

whom are the favourites? Wiebes mostly?

There was a time when Wiebes couldn't make the final selection due to the climbs or as a result of crashing, but those days are gone (well as we saw earlier this week a crash can obviously still keep her from winning).

FDJ looks like the team most willing to ride aggressively because they don't have one of the fastest sprinters, but other teams also have different options if they're willing to use them.

The fact so many teams are willing to go to a sprint with Wiebes continues to infuriate. Banking on her wrecking out after charging like a bull in a china shop around the last few kilometres is a losing strategy. I mean, she has done that plenty of times, but she's not only better at getting over obstacles nowadays, she's better at staying upright.

After all, can't win the prize money sitting on the floor.

Movistar trying to get Cat back to the front.

Hopefully this group will make it to the Kemmel. No more chaos for positioning. UAE train now.

Wiebes isolated but no attacks.
