Where was Uran today? How much of a fail was Henao?

Gilbert at least won big races, you need to be content with little victories in Trentino;)

Where in my post did you see me call Singapore a Muslim country as a fact by the way? Your trolling is the only idiotic thing here, your reading skills need working as well. Buy a pair of glasses ;)

Those are pretty old figures, I would look at the English Wiki for statistics like this. Anyway, I was wrong too, turns out Buddhism is the biggest religion.

Excellent race....loved the way Nibs rode and jump-started the action.
Kudos to Tejay for hammering the pace

I would have loved to have seen Nibali stay away for the win but he still was wonderful and rode superbly!

That was a terrific way to end the classics season!!:)

what the heck was going on with the Valv bike thingie fgs??
did someone actually hold him up w/r to getting on the bike of Madrazo or what??

There's still 15% chance he's Muslim :p

You can't blame me for not knowing every countries major religion :D Like I said, only took a guess. If I was stating it as a fact then you were allowed to be a **** against me:p But I didn't. Usual suspect Ryo is doing what he does best though.

Question 1. Did you see Nibali drop Gilbert on the descent?

Question 2. Do you now admit that your Gilbert is 2 x better than Nibali at descending theory was BS ?

Gilbert was clearly not in form. Or do you think the 15 people that finished in front of him are also better on the hills(they dropped him on Saint Nicholas after all)?

Question for you:

Do you now admit Nibali is a lot better in hilly one day races than Samuel Sanchez?

Currently, yes.

I said if Nibali dropped everyone and won one would have to concede he is probably better than Sanchez at hilly races these days, and while he came up a little bit short, it was an immense performance nonetheless.

Quite exciting finale. Congratulations to Iglinskiy and Astana, great racing all week from them. Who is Winokourow again?! Also respect to Nibali, very brave ride once again, unfortunately again without the deserved result. Voeckler and Rolland continuing racking up the results.

RSNT disappointing once again ... I knew it was too cold for Fränk but with such a line-up you must at least get someone in that front group. What has Bruyneel done to these guys.

nibali didn';t ride way from gilbert in downhil. gilbetr simply let the gap go.

He has no choice but to admit it at this point. :D

Not really. I could have behaved like you or El Pisti and said Sanchez was off form.

Afterall unlike Nibali Sanchez has actually won a major 1 day race.

Anybody know why Rojas and Valverde were DQ'd?

Don't know about them, but Madrazo took the wrong route and was DQ'd. My guess is Valverde did the same and if so he's incredibly stupid for not knowing the way.

why do you always have to switch the question around? you really never say you are wrong right? I think nibali isn't a better downhiller than gilbetr either. but gilbert being out of shape has nothing to do with downhilling of course. or do you think cancellara can't downhil when hes'out of shape. lol

Costa just confirmed o his website that he got cut on la redoute and that's why he didn't make the first group after la redoute. he even said he was disappointed with his result.

well that's a good lesson for him: "be well positioned when **** hits the fan."

He just won Pais Vasco

He performed at the same level in LBL as he always does last couple of years. With Phil it's clear he's underperforming this year.

Nibali would win all hilly classics if he got the same team as Sanchez had at the Olympics

Yeah its annoying. Any little critiscsm of Gilbert gets answered with, Cancellara or Henao or Sanchez or Evans or whoever he thinks the other poster likes

It can be quite funny though when he says that Gilberts performances are better than Cancellaras so you say that you think Gilberts performances are suspicious then he responds with, no Cancellaras performances are more suspicious:cool:

Only you are ignoring that unlike Phil Sanchez doesnt give a toss for LBL. For Phil its the be all end all. For Sanchez, PV was more important, hell he only decided a few days ago that he was going to race LBL afterall.
